Office to evening — three looks with one pair

We get this question every week, especially during term-1 chaos and the run-up to weddings. Here's what we've learned from selling thousands of pairs across Nairobi and Kisumu — and the small details that make the difference between a good buy and a regret.

First, the basics: ignore what the box says, trust your foot. Sizes drift between brands by up to 10mm on the same EU number. The right pair is the one that fits *your* foot today, not the one that matched your Bata pair from six years ago.

Second, account for socks and time of day. Feet swell through the day — measure in the evening. If you're buying boots, do it with the thicker sock you'll actually wear. We've seen too many returns from someone who bought in the morning with thin socks and discovered the truth at 6pm.

Third, when in doubt, order both sizes. With our pay-on-delivery and free swap, there's no penalty for it. The rider takes back the one that doesn't fit and you only pay for the keeper. We'd rather you get the right pair than gamble.
